2. Rental Terms

When you complete a rental purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to stream the film "Son of the Stars" for personal, non-commercial use only.

The rental is valid for a single user only. Sharing your access link, streaming credentials, or login tokens with other individuals is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate revocation of access without refund.

3. Pricing and Payment

The rental price is displayed in US Dollars (USD) on the website at the time of purchase. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay where available.

The price may be subject to change at any time without prior notice. However, the price at the time of your purchase will be honored for that transaction.

4. Refund Policy

To request a refund, contact us at contact@sonofthestarsmovie.com with your purchase confirmation email. Approved refunds will be processed through Stripe and returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the criteria above or that we suspect are fraudulent.

5. Intellectual Property

The film "Son of the Stars" (Filho das Estrelas), including all visual content, audio, music, dialogue, screenplay, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of Lopes Filmes Ltda (Pajé Filmes) and is protected by Brazilian and international copyright laws.

The film can be viewed on any device with a modern web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge). We are not responsible for streaming issues caused by your internet connection, device, or browser.

8. Limitation of Liability

Pajé Filmes provides this service "as is" and makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted access or error-free streaming. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pajé Filmes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use this service.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the rental.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be submitted to the courts of Uberlândia, Minas Gerais, Brazil.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
